That is, I may terminate our employment relationship at any time, for any reason, and the company has the right to terminate our employment relationship at any time for any reason. I understand that this at-will relationship cannot be modified or changed during my employment, except by specific written agreement between me and the company, signed by the president.

Greg Bartlett Construction, INC.,  has a ZERO tolerance policy and will not tolerate the use of illegal drugs of any employee, either on or off duty. All employees are obligated to participate in random drug testing of the employer’s choice.  ANY failed drug test will result in immediate termination. Greg Bartlett Construction, INC. is in no way obligated to assist any employee in any form of drug treatment or rehabilitation. I fully understand that as a Greg Bartlett Construction, INC., employee, I will be subject to random drug testing. 

I agree, upon request made under the drug testing policy of Greg Bartlett Construction, INC., to submit to a drug test. I understand and agree that if I at any time refuse to submit to a drug test or fail a drug test under company policy, employment will be terminated.
