Job overview

General Laborers support our construction projects throughout the Central Valley area. This role involves a variety of physical tasks to help keep job sites safe, clean, and productive.

Essiential duties and responsibilities

  • Perform tasks involving physical labor at construction sites.
  • Operate hand and power tools of all types.
  • Clean and prepare sites, dig trenches, set braces to support the sides of excavations, erect scaffolding, and clean up rubble, debris, and other waste materials.
  • Other Duties as Needed.

Qualifications

  • Previous Construction Experience, a Plus
  • Operate Basic Hand and Power Tools
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs

  • Ability To Work in Prolonged Periods of Outdoor Work, Under Extreme Weather

  • Ability To Function Well in a High-Paced and at Times Stressful Environment
